At Atkin Automobil, we take pride in our workmanship and stand firmly behind our services. Our warranty ensures that all repairs and services performed by our certified technicians are free from defects in both parts and workmanship for a period of 24 months or 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Services Covered by This Warranty

Our warranty covers the following types of repairs and services:

• Engine Diagnostics and Repair
  Comprehensive diagnostic and repair services to ensure your engine’s performance.

• Transmission Servicing
  Quality servicing for transmission systems to maintain smooth and efficient driving.

• Brake and Suspension Maintenance
  Brake and suspension repairs, including shock absorbers and brake pads.

• Electronic Systems Repair
  Repair of essential vehicle electronics, including control systems, sensors, and other electronic components.

• Oil Changes and Preventative Maintenance
  Routine oil changes and preventative maintenance services to keep your car running smoothly.

• Wheel Alignment and Balancing
  Wheel alignment and balancing services to ensure stability and optimize tire lifespan.

This warranty covers the services listed above, subject to exclusions and conditions outlined below. It applies only to normal, non-commercial use, with regular, necessary maintenance provided during the warranty period.

Warranty Details

• Warranty Duration: Coverage extends for 24 months or 40,000 kilometers from the date of service based on the odometer reading at the time of service.

• Service Standards: If a defect in parts or workmanship occurs within the warranty period, Atkin Automobil will either:

  • Provide remedial repairs at no cost,
  • Replace defective parts, or
  • Refund the service cost (minus any previous refunds), at our discretion.

• Extended Coverage in Case of Delays: If the vehicle is out of service for warranty repairs, the warranty period will be extended by the number of days the vehicle was unavailable to you. The warranty period is also extended if repairs are delayed by factors outside your control or if prior repairs did not resolve the defect.

What’s Not Covered by This Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Non-warranty services ordered alongside warranty services.
• Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or abnormal use.
• Repairs due to natural wear and tear beyond the warranty period.
